The Night of the Scarecrow
A downloadable game
In The Night of the Scarecrow, you play as normal, everyday people who live small-town lives. They have relationships, desires, reputations...
But something is amiss.
Someone is stealing bales of hay. The second-hand clothes store has been robbed. And who threw an entire scarecrow through the shop window last night?
The Night of the Scarecrow is an eleven-page hack of The Quiet Year by Avery Alder, in which you live throughout the day scarecrows came to life in a small town. Stock up on supplies, barricade your home, stay very quiet, and finally survive as the scarecrows break down your door!
How can they walk? What do they want? What will you do to survive?
